John Andrews of CA Department of Water Resources used the title Adapt, Flee or Perish in a PowerPoint presentation on the State’s Climate Adaption Plan in 2011. Thought the name summarized our dilemma perfectly, and he graciously has allowed me to use the title for this blog.
